1.负责EPB制动钳开发的总体设计、团队人员的培养；
Be responsible for the overall design of EPB brake caliper development and the cultivation of the team members.   ;
2.负责EPB制动钳及零部件的全部设计开发工作；
Be responsible for all design and development work of EPB brake caliper and the parts;
3.负责编制EPB制动钳相关系统要求、设计标准及标杆产品分析；
Be responsible for writing the system requirements and design standards about EPB brake caliper as well as analyzing the benchmark products;
4.负责EPB制动钳方面问题的识别、分析及整改；
Be responsible for the problems recognition, analysis and modification about EPB brake caliper;
5.负责EPB制动钳试验验证、评价标准的制定。

1.本科及以上学历，40周岁以上；
Undergraduate or above.  Above 40 years old ;
2.汽车机械设计相关专业；
The relevant majors of the automotive mechanical design;
3.在标杆公司EPB技术研发领域担任EPB制动钳设计方面技术带头人或高级工程师，主导标杆公司产品设计研发。
EPB brake caliper design technique leader or  senior engineer in the EPB development field from the benchmark companies. Be responsible for the product design and development in the benchmark company.

优选：1.标杆：天合、大陆、泛博（博世）、爱德克斯、日信、万都等；
Prior Consideration:
Benchmarks: TRW、Continental、Bosch、Advics、Nissin、Mando etc.;
其次：2.国内本行业10年以上的产品设计工程师亦可考虑。
