负责EPB制动钳及各零部件（包括执行器）试验总体设计，试验标准的制定，试验程序的编制，试验设备的搭建及试验室的规划建设，团队人员的培养。 
Be responsible for the overall test design of EPB brake caliper and each part(including actuators) , define the experiment standards, write the experiment programs, set up the experiment equipments, the planning and construction of the laboratory as well as the cultivation of the team members.

1.本科及以上学历，40周岁以上；
Undergraduate or above. Above 40 years old ;
2.汽车机械设计相关专业；
The relevant majors of the automotive mechanical design;
3.在标杆公司EPB技术研发领域担任试验验证方面带头人或高级工程师，主导标杆公司的试验设计、试验标准的编制，掌握标杆试验设计方面技术及标准。
Test validation technique leader or senior engineer in EPB development from the benchmark companies. Be responsible for the experiment design and standard set-up. Master the techniques and standards of the experiment design.

优选：1.标杆：天合、大陆、泛博（博世）、爱德克斯、日信、万都等；
Prior Consideration:
Benchmarks: TRW、Continental、Bosch、Advics、Nissin、Mando etc.;
其次：2.国内本行业10年以上的试验工程师亦可考虑。                                            Next:
