1.负责EPB整个系统的功能定义、控制策略、测试用例、设计文档、FMEA等的编制，团队成员的培养；
Be responsible for formulating system function definition, control strategy, the test case, design documents and FEMA as well as cultivating the team members;
2.负责为EPB项目研发提供系统性的指导思想；
Be responsible for providing the systematic guidance methods for the EPB project R&D;
3.负责提出详细的EPB系统及零部件技术要求；
Be responsible for presenting the detailed technical requirements of system and the parts;
4.负责统筹EPB项目各分领域开发工作。
Be responsible for coordinating the development work of the EPB project branch fields.

1.本科及以上，40周岁以上；
Undergraduate or above. Above 40 years old ;
2.汽车电控相关专业；
The relevant majors of the automotive electronic control;
3.在标杆公司EPB技术研发领域担任技术总工程师或技术带头人，在行业内有一定名气。
With an established reputaiton in this field, technical chief engineer or the  technical leader in EPB R&D from the benchmark companies.

优选：1.标杆：天合、大陆、泛博（博世）、爱德克斯、日信、万都等；
Prior Consideration:
1.Benchmarks: TRW、Continental、Bosch、Advics、Nissin、Mando etc.;
其次：2.国内本行业10年以上的系统工程师亦可考虑。
